Eligibility conditions as on 01.01.2023 shall be as under:

LIC AAO Age Limit 2023

The candidate’s age cannot be lower than 21 years old or more than 30 years old. As of January 1, 2023, a candidate must be 21 years old (finished). The maximum age cannot be greater than 30. (candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.01.1993 and not later than 01.01.2002 both days inclusive only are eligible) For Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Community (OBC), Ex-Servicemen, Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), and Confirmed LIC employees, there will be the following relaxations in the upper age limit.

LIC AAO Educational Qualification 2023

A Bachelor’s degree from an recognized institution or university is required for candidates. The educational background must have been obtained from a university, institute, or board that has been approved by the government regulatory authorities and recognized by the government of India, and the results must have been announced on or before January 1, 2023. At the time of the interview, the appropriate Board or University documentation verifying that the results were announced on or before January 1, 2023, must be presented.

LIC AAO 2023 Selection Process

Preliminary Examination (Phase I), Main Examination (Phase II), and Interview, followed by a Pre-Recruitment Medical Examination, will serve as the foundation for the selection of LIC AAO candidates.
