• The TeLEOS-2 satellite has been developed under a partnership between the Defence Science and Technology Agency of Singapore and ST Engineering, a Singaporean technology and engineering group.
• TeLEOS-2 carries a Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) payload. It will provide all-weather day and night coverage.
• The Lumelite-4 satellite has been co-developed by the Institute for Infocomm Research of A*STAR and Satellite Technology and Research Centre of the National University of Singapore.
• Lumelite-4 is an advanced 12U satellite developed for the technological demonstration of the high-performance space-borne VHF data exchange system. It aims to augment Singapore’s electronic navigation maritime safety systems.
• India’s maiden human space flight, Gaganyaan, was being targeted to be launched in the fourth quarter of 2024.
• The uncrewed G1 mission is targeted to be launched in the last quarter of 2023, followed by the second uncrewed G2 mission in the second quarter of 2024, before the final human space flight H1 mission in the fourth quarter of 2024.

• In November, India successfully conducted the maiden flight-test of phase-II ballistic missile defence interceptor AD-1 that is capable of engaging many different types of targets.
• The AD-1 is a long-range interceptor missile designed for both “low exo-atmospheric” and “endo-atmospheric” interception of long-range ballistic missiles as well as aircraft.

• Guyana has termed the ferry a “game changer” for travel and agri production.
• The 70-metre-long vessel, built with a US$12.77 million Grant/Line of Credit from the Government of India, was commissioned on Friday as Indian External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar is visiting Guyana.
• The vessel, with a speed of 15 knots, also boasts a cold storage area that is available for the storage of goods.

• SAIL-BSL has taken this initiative of becoming the first PSU in the country to take initiative for setting up a dedicated 5G network with the help of TCIL which will pave way for application of 5G/ IT / Telecom technologies in Steel manufacturing.

• The coin face will also have the rupee symbol and the word ‘100’ below the lion capital.
• The reverse face of the coin will bear the logo for the 100th episode of Mann Ki Baat, which consists of an image of a microphone “with sound waves and year ‘2023’ written on the image of the microphone”. The words ‘Mann Ki Baat 100‘ will be written in Devanagari script and in English above and below this image, respectively.
• The coin is to weigh 35 grams and is to be 50 per cent silver. The rest of its composition will include copper (40 per cent), Nickel (5 per cent), and Zinc (5 per cent).

• Indradhanush Gas Grid Limited, is a joint venture company of five major Oil PSUs – IOCL, ONGC, GAIL, OIL and NRL. It is implementing the North East Gas Grid Project connecting the major cities and demand centres of North East India with the National Gas Grid.
• The 1656 km long natural gas pipeline is constructed at a project cost of Rs 9,265 crore.
