  • The decision was taken in a cabinet meeting held here at the Chief Minister’s official residence in Bhopal
  • Under this scheme, the crime of mob lynching involves causing harm to any person or persons by a mob of five or more persons on grounds of religion, caste, sex, place of birth, language, food habits, sexual orientation, political affiliation, ethnicity or other such ground or grounds or involves any act or series of acts of violence intended to cause injury. A provision has been made to provide compensation to the victims of mob lynching.
  • The Madhya Pradesh Government changed the name of Mukhyamantri Antyodaya Awas Yojana to Mukhyamantri Ladli Bahna Awas Yojana.
  • A proposal to rename the state government run housing scheme on the line of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan’s ambitious scheme LadaliBahnaYojana was tabled before the state cabinet meeting held here at CM House in Bhopal
  • The state cabinet approved the proposal, unanimously. The homeless citizens belonging to all categories will be eligible for the scheme.

  • With over 2.5 lakh registered LLPs, the MCA aims to simplify the filing process for Form 3 (for submitting info on changes in LLP agreement) and Form 4 (notice of addition of deletion of partners).
  • These amended forms will now undergo a streamlined processing mode (straight through processing) except for business activity changes.
  • This initiative follows issues faced by LLPs with the previous MCA21 version 3.0 forms, prompting the MCA to offer this fee-waiver scheme until November end.
  • Essentially, a LLP combines corporate advantages with internal governance governed by the LLP Agreement, not statutory provisions
