- Digital Extension: An extension of the District Mental Health Programme (DMHP)
- Operational Cells: 51 operational cells across 36 states and UTs, offering services in 20 different languages
- Demand: Since October 2022, over 10 lakh calls received, managing more than 3,500 calls daily
